Plantrepreneurship
This poster was created for an event hosted by a small Black woman-owned business. I wanted the design to feel rooted in something — so I looked to Emory Douglas, the Black Panther Party's Minister of Culture, whose work combined bold imagery with a strong sense of community and identity.
The poster isn't political, but it borrows Douglas's visual approach: thick lines, vibrant color, and imagery that feels handmade rather than digital. I drew the core artwork by hand in Procreate and built the rest around it.
Tools: Procreate, Adobe Illustrator
